How to request deletion

Send a deletion request to support@entryguard.app with the subject "Account Deletion Request", or submit a request through our contact form.

Include the email address or phone number linked to your account and the site/estate name so we can locate your profile.

What we delete

• Your account profile and access credentials in EntryGuard systems.
• Linked device registration records used for push notifications.
• Associated personal profile fields that are not required for legal retention.

What may be retained

We may retain limited records where required by law, contract, fraud-prevention, or legitimate security/audit obligations (for example, incident and access audit logs).

Deletion timeline

We target completion within 30 days of successful identity verification. If additional time is required for legal or technical reasons, we will notify you.
